Who this is for

Whether you choose private coaching or train with a group of 2–4 people, every session is built around the same principles: quality coaching, structured progression and personal attention. Small group training offers the energy and motivation of training together while still giving you the focused guidance of a private session.More importantly, this training is designed to improve how you feel, not just how you look.
Through boxing-based conditioning, bodyweight exercises and functional strength training, you'll develop better stamina, stronger joints, improved mobility, balance and coordination.

1–1 PT Personal Training

Private training is built around your personal goals, your level and development.
Sessions are structured and boxing-based, combining pad work, movement, conditioning rounds and functional strength training — with full attention on you from start to finish.
Training is adapted to whether you are a complete beginner or experienced.

Small Private Group Training
(2–4 people)

Train with friends, colleagues or your partner. Semi private training gives you the structure and coaching quality of 1–1 sessions, but with group energy and shared motivation. Sessions are boxing-based and designed to keep everyone active, challenged and progressing together.Training combines pad work rotation, boxing combinations, movement drills, conditioning rounds and functional strength work. Everything is adapted so beginners and experienced clients can train in the same session without losing intensity.

My coaching is built on martial arts, not fitness trends.
Boxing forces full-body conditioning, coordination, and mental focus at the same time — which is why it works.
I started boxing over 15 years ago and have trained in a structured club environment, AIF Boxing. My work focuses on conditioning, movement, discipline and consistency — the fundamentals that actually build long-term progress.Alongside boxing, I have trained Capoeira since 1991. I was the founder of the Swedish branch of MQFSM (fd Filhos de Angola – Bahia) and I am today a registered Contra Mestre.This combination shapes the way I coach: boxing brings structure, sharpness and work rate — Capoeira brings movement control, balance, rhythm and body awareness.I’m also a certified SBF Personal Trainer and licensed Mental Coach, which means sessions don’t just improve your fitness — they develop focus, confidence and mental discipline.This is real boxing-based training that builds the body AND the mindset.

About me

Background in Education & Youth Work


Experience in leadership, education, and helping people grow their skills and confidence.
I have over 15 years of experience working with children and young people in various educational settings, primarily through my role at Innovitaskolan Södermalm, where I've held several key positions – including student assistent, after-school leader, student coordinator, up to high school level curator and IT manager. In these roles, I’ve developed a calm, adaptable leadership style rooted in strong relationships, clear communication, and psychological safety.
Beyond the school environment, I’m also a Contra-Mestra in Capoeira Angola (MQFSM), a licensed mental coach (Axelsons Institute), and a certified personal trainer specializing in boxing (Swedish Boxing Federation). This unique blend of movement, discipline, and mental presence shapes how I work in both educational and athletic contexts.


I have completed Svenska Boxningsförbundet Level 3 of 3 Training Coach certification which adheres to AIBA standards and requirements.
